          President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino has just delivered his second Stateof the Nation Address at the Session Hall of the House of Reepresentatives, Batasan Pambansa Complex, Quezon City on July 25, 2011.
          Different stands from each of the Filipinos came out . Some may have been praising him and somemay have also been frowning at him.
           Within the first yearof his headship on our country, it was stated in his SONA that Philippines is already upgraded aaccording to the differeent rating agencies worldwide. And the big thing is, compared to the last administration which is just upgraded once within nine years, this year, it was already upgraded four times.
          As intended for, P-Noy stated all the country's achievements and improvements under his administration. He had again talked about "wang-wang". As he said, ":wang-wang" does not only refer to the street matters but also to those "wang-wang" thinkers  in the society.
          Good to hear, 20.5 % of self-rated hunger on March, it already landed to 15.1 % this June. In business fields, the country had already overcome the all-time-high stock market for seven times. Credit ratings was already increased by different ratings agencies which resulted to a lower interest on the debts of the country and actually, compared to the previous year, we had already saved 23 billion pesos more from January to April this year.
          If P-Noy is complimented for successfully implementing changes, there are still somewho are not satisfiedwith whathe had done.
          One of the most controvercial issues of today is the bringing back of the issue regarding the previous administration. Now that PGMA is already out from her position, why is it only this time that those witnesses come out? Can it help the country? In fact, we can nolonger return what they've brought with them.

          Mothers have very significant obligation or responsibility to their newly born babies. It is to breastfeed them.
          Breastfeeding. It is the process of feeding a new born baby with milk coming directly from the mother's breast.
          Milk from human females provides all the nutrients that a baby needs, as well as substances that promote growth and fight infections.
          Perhaps the most important advantage to breastfeeding is that breast milk provides an infant with significant protection against chronic and infectious diseases.
           During the first weeks of the baby, he still does not have that very strong immune system yet but because of the breastmilk containing the immune components, he is being protected against infections and allows his immune system to grow more capable.
          In breastfeeding, mothers can also get benefits in a way that it reduces their risk of developing ovarian cancer, pre-menopausal breast cancer, osteoporosis and many more.
          It also facilitates bonding between mothers and babies that is emotionally satisfying. The mother develops nurturing behavior. The infant, inturn, learns trust.
          Breastfeeding is not just enough to assure the healthiness of the baby. It must always be proper, sufficient and exclusive breastfeeding.
           How are you going to guarantee your baby's healthiness for tomorrow if today you won't even sacrifice your time and effort to breastfeed your baby at the time he needs to? How are you going to protect her from infections without providing enough and exclusive breastmilk to him?
          A baby deserves mother's care, attention, protection and lovve. He deserves to grow and dvelop into a healthy and a good citizen. As it's still not late, PROMOTE and SUPPORT BREASTFEEDING.

Dear P-Noy,

          Good dayMr.President!
         I am a fourth high school student and as a member of the Filipino youth, I am aware of the things I observe around me. Many questions always arise into my mind everytime I see and hear the awful happenings within our native land. I am always asking whydo things happen like this and like that.
          It is a fact htat our country has been oneof the most corrupt countries worlwide.Can every Filipino accept that fact? The title of being one of the most corrupt countries should not really had been for the Philippines if only those people in high positions did not put the governments money in their own pockets.They were appointed for those very high positions togive serviceto their fellow men but what have they done? They've only thought of their own benefits while most of their fellowmen are suffering from too much difficulties caused poverty. This problemof corruption had always been a big challenge for every elected president of the country for how many years. But no oine had stopped this.
         As I observe now, money is very powerful. They say it's the root of all evil things that are happening. And I think it's true. Money can nowbuyjustice. So many innocernt Filipinos had been sent to jail though they were not really the suspects. There are also few cases wherein powerful people are sent to jail. But we can still see and hear in televisions radios, and newspapers about hte special treatments given to them.
          President Noy, it's your turn now. You have the right and responsibility to solve and clear those problems and impediments along our way. Scrap corruption, and let all Filipinos be one. I believe in you.......
